Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) The Petitioner, therefore, prays that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this Writ Petition, call for the records and after hearing the parties allow the same, issue writ/writs in the nature of certiorari / mandamus and / or any other further writ / direction and set aside the Order No.124/XI21/20222-Estt dated 11.01.2022 passed by the BDO, Nandahandi / Opposite Party No.5 under Annexure-1, and further be pleased to fix the pay of the Petitioner in Level-6, Cell-15 at Rs.35,700/- in the Pay Matrix of ORSP Rules, 2017".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 15.07.2022 at Annexure-9 to the Writ Petition, before the opposite party No.3 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be
// 2 // issued to opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period. 5.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and also taking into account the order passed under Annexure-10 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
