Mr. Sarangi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client had taken vehicle loan. On there having occurred irregularities and his client thereafter wanting to regularize the loan, had made representation dated 15th July, 2022. He prays that there be direction upon the bank to consider and dispose of the representation. 2.

In view of submissions made, direction for issuance of notice is not necessary. Opposite party no.2 will deal with and dispose of representation dated 15th July, 2022 within two weeks of communication. Petitioner is to ensure that communication is made by 1st August, 2022. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of.
