This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

On the oral prayer of Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioner, he is permitted to implead the Authorized Officer, Keonjhar Forest Division, Keonjhar as Opposite Party No.2 to this writ petition.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of OR Case No.22k of 2019-20 in respect of the vehicle bearing Registration No.JH05BP 3445 (Mahindra Bolero Pickup) at an early date.

In course of hearing, Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to pursue the matter before the Authorized Officer, Keonjhar Forest Division, Keonjhar-Opposite Party No.2 for early disposal of the aforesaid confiscation proceeding.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
