Heard Mr. B. Pujari on behalf of Mr. A. Parida, learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of deployment passed by the Secretary, Board of Revenue, Odisha on 16.7.2022 under Annexure-1. Even though in the present writ petition, a prayer has been made challenging the said order and for continuance of the petitioner in the Court of Commissioner, Consolidation of Cuttack, but Mr. Pujari , learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is interested to go back to his parent Department i.e. Office of the Settlement Officer, Cuttack Major Settlement, Cuttack.

Considering such submission made by Mr. Pujari, learned Counsel, this Court permits the petitioner to move before Opp. party No.2 in that regard within a period of seven days from today. It is observed that if any such
// 2 // application is made, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with in law within a further period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. The continuance of the petitioner in his present place of posting i.e.
Court of Commissioner Consolidation, Bhubaneswar pursuant to Annexure-1 shall be subject to the outcome of the final decision to be taken by the Member of Board of Revenue.
