2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"To direct the Opposite Parties to show cause as to why the impugned order dated 08.04.2022 as under Annexure-5 in so far as petitioner is concern shall not be quashed and if the parties fail to show cause, then may graciously be pleased to make the rule absolute and quash the impugned order dated 08.04.2022 as under Annexure-5 relating to the petitioner."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 in that regard within a period of three weeks from today. 5.
It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a
// 2 // period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
