Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

Petitioner alleges that he is unable to prefer appeal in absence of providing certified copy of the order involving L.E. Case No17 of 2022. It is alleged that Tahasildar concerned is not accepting the application from the petitioner. While deprecating such conduct of the Tahasildar, this Court observes in the event petitioner makes an application for certified copy of the order involving L.E. Case No.17 of 2022 by 01.08.2022, the same shall be accepted and he may be provided with a certified copy of the order passed therein.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
