Heard Mr. G.B. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

Since on instruction, Mr. Dhal submits that in the meantime pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner under Annexure-1 Series, Mahanga P.S. Case No. 270 of 2022 has been registered for commission of offence under Sections-292/506/34, I.P.C., Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering the submissions made, the CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
