Petitioner has serious allegation relating to the dealing of the disciplinary proceeding involved herein. Petitioner also challenges continuity of the disciplinary proceeding in the present scenario. 2.

Considering the above and without expressing any opinion on the issue involved herein, this Court simply remits the matter to the Director, Municipal Administration, H. & U.D. Deptt., Bhubaneswar to consider the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-6 and take a lawful decision in the matter. 3.
