Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Order No.

Application under Annexure-3 is already remitted to the Tahasildar, Jajpur for disposal of the request at his end as per the endorsement at the top of the Application. This Court finds, the request for modification in the direction part of this Court dated 25.8.2022 is justified. As a consequence the direction dated 25.8.2022 be construed to be a direction as against the Tahasildar, Jajpur. 2.
