2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to direct the Opp. Party No.1 & 2 to bring over the service of the petitioner to regular (wages) establishment and extend all such financial and service benefits as has been extended to regular establishment and extend all such financial and service benefits as has been extended to regular establishment employees within a time stipulation as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-7 the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation
// 2 // of the petitioner, in accordance with law and taking into account Annexures-5 & 8 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.
