1. The present appeal is directed against an order dated 27th August, Order No.

2019 passed by the learned Single Judge disposing of WP(C) No. 15235 of 2019 filed by the present Appellant with a direction to the Opposite Parties/Authorities to dispose of the objection filed by the present Appellant by an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of two months.

2. Have examined the memorandum of appeal and having heard the learned counsel for the Appellant, the Court is unable to find any ground made out for interference with the impugned order of the learned Single Judge.

3. The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed. The interim order dated 6th September, 2019 stands vacated.
