This matter is not on today's list. As per special notice and on being mentioned citing urgency, the matter is taken up. 3.

It is submitted that the petitioner has two small children to look after and further that the trial, despite having progressed substantially has not concluded as yet and therefore, he may be allowed further time to surrender. ` 4.

Considering the submissions as above, the prayer for modification is allowed by granting three weeks time to the petitioner to surrender.

He shall surrender to custody on expiry of the aforesaid period failing which appropriate warrant may be issued for his production. 6.

The I.A. is disposed of.
