1. This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode.

2. The present contempt has been filed with the allegations that in spite of furnishing bank guarantees for the required amount as per the directions passed by this Court on 17.05.2019 in W.P.(C) No.6703 of 2019, the coal has not been supplied by the Opposite Parties.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the order has been complied with and he prays for permission to withdraw the contempt petition.

4. In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as withdrawn.
