Considering the reason assigned, this Court though is not inclined to condone the huge delay of five years but however, the same is condoned subject to depositing a sum of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association and filing receipt thereof in course of the day, as undertaken.
