The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard of alleged inflated bill dated 24th June, 2022 and notice dated 29th June, 2022 issued by the Assessing Officercum- S.D.O. (Electrical), Sakhigopal, Sub-Division, TPCODL, PED, Puri-Opposite Party No.2.

Mr. Dash, learned counsel appearing for the TPCODL submits that the Petitioner has efficacious statutory remedy to assail both the alleged inflated bill as well as notice dated 29th June, 2022.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may move the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance in accordance with law. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
