1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the State.
3. It is submitted that ventilating his grievance as laid in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner has already submitted a representation on 21st April, 2022 to the Principal Secretary to Government, School and Mass Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar (Opposite Party No.1) and therefore, he seek permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue
// 2 // his representation, as at Annexure-2, which is said to be pending before the Opposite Party No.1.
4. In view of the submissions as above, permission is granted for withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty as aforesaid with further observation that the representation said to be pending before Opposite Party No.1 shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
