Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with 2(a) CC Case No. 57 of 2021 corresponding to Cuttack Excise P.R. Case No. 185 of 2021-22 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Cuttack for the alleged commission of offence under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act.

This is a successive bail application filed by the petitioners, his earlier bail application being rejected as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 3021 of 2022, I find no change of circumstances to take a different view at this stage. The bail application is therefore rejected.

The BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
