Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Order No.4 2.

In course of submission when this Court found the petitioner has no locustandi, neither being a guardian of the student involving the School nor being authorized by the villagers who had resisted the construction of bus stand on some point of time, Mr.Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with vacation of interim order dated 27.07.2022 passed in I.A.No.9871 of 2022.
