The Writ Petition involves the G.P. Case No. 1 of 2022, a proceeding under Section 26 of the Odisha Gram Panchayat Act. There is already sufficiency of notice on the contestance therein. 3.

Considering the innocuous prayer for expediting the trial of the proceeding involving the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the Collector-cum-District Magistrate-Opposite Party No.2 to conclude the proceeding of G.P.
