Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 666 of 2022 arising out of Dhenkanal Town P.S. Case No. 299 of 2022pending on the file of learned SDJM, Dhenkanal, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 420/ 467/ 468/ 471/ 406 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Dhenkanal by order dated 18.07.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed 5.

Perused the order of rejection.

Keeping in view that the nature of allegations are more or less based on documentary evidence, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
