2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "to direct the Opp. parties to grant the Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- w.e.f 1.1.2013 towards 2nd financial up gradation on completion of 20 years of service as Jr.

Engineer under RACP scheme as has been given to other similarly situated persons vide Annexure-4 series in the light of the decision in O.A. No.2237/2014 and 13 batch, Ashok Kumar Palo Vrs. State of Odisha and others and batch vide Annexure-3 and accordingly his pay be fixed and the accrued arrears be released in his favour within a stipulated period."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.2 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-5 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of

// 2 // the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, taking into account Annexures-3 & 4 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
