This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this CMP seek for a direction for early disposal of C.S. No.47 of 2007 (Annexure-1) pending before learned Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Baramba.

From the order dated 27th August, 2021, it appears that notice on Defendant Nos.1 (a) and 1(b) is not made sufficient. Learned counsel for the Petitioner could not produce any material to show that the notice on Defendant Nos.1 (a) and 1 (b) has been made sufficient in the meantime. Thus, it appears that the suit is not ready for hearing.

Accordingly, the prayer made by learned counsel for the Petitioner in this CMP cannot be entertained at this stage. 5.

Accordingly, this CMP is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
