This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

In this case, as it appears, by order dated 04.04.2013 passed in O.A. No. 238 of 2011, the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack directed the Union of India-petitioners to insert the name of the opposite parties at the suitable places in the third category list prepared and published, and also to issue the revised list within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Though Union of India-petitioners filed M.A. No. 584 of 2013 arising out of R.A. No.6 of 2013 for review of the said order, but the tribunal, vide order dated 02.09.2013, rejected the same.

Against the aforesaid orders passed by the tribunal, though the petitioners have filed this writ petition on 20.11.2013, but till date notice has not been issued in the matter and, as such, the period of sixty days granted in the order dated 04.04.2013 has already been elapsed in the meantime.

In the above view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed, having no merits.
