Heard Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Additional Govenrment Advocate appearing for the State-petitioner and Mr. S. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.1 3.

The State-petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 12.12.2015 passed in L.A.A. No.19 of 2005 by the Lok Adalat.

Since the order dated 12.12.2015 has been passed on agreement, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition merits no consideration and the same is dismissed. This Court directs the petitioner to implement the order dated 12.12.2015 passed in L.A.A. No.19 of 2005 within a period of one month from the date of communication/production of this order, failing which liberty is granted to opposite party no.1 to file contempt petition.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
