This application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of Criminal Proceeding ICC No.270 of 2018 pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Puri, to the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar where the petitioner is the complainant.

The petitioner Smt. Sasmita Bhardwaj is present in person in Court today and submits that she wants to engage Mr. T.K. Choudhury, learned counsel in place of the earlier counsel engaged by her as they have not been cooperating with her in conducting the case.

Mr. P.K. Choudhury files a Vakalatnama in the Court today. The same be kept on record. His name be reflected in the brief and the cause list in place of the earlier counsel. 4.

Office note indicates that notice had been issued to Opposite Party Nos.1 to 5 and has returned unserved from the Opposite Party Nos.2 to 5 with postal endorsement as

// 2 // "insufficient address" and neither A.D. nor unserved notice is backed from Opposite Party No.1.

Mr. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to file fresh postal requisites by 27.09.2022 for issue of fresh notice to the opp. party nos. 1 to 5 by Speed Post with A.D.

If requisites are filed within the time undertaken, notice be issued to the opp. party nos. 1 to 5 making it returnable within four weeks.
