Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) The petitioner therefore prays you're your Lordships may graciously be pleased to direct the Opp. Party No.6 be authorized to sanction all pending periods till retirement period in order to avoid day to day & up to date the service book of the petitioner at different station worked and pay fixation be made accordingly being last station as mentioned in service Rule and release all the arrear financial benefits by considering Annexure-2 with all consequential service and financial benefits within a stipulated time under supervision of other five heads of Department to monitor from time to time".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.6 by enclosing all the relevant
// 2 // documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.6 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.6 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
