Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of the show cause notice dated 09.07.2022 under Annexure-14. 4.

This Court is not inclined to accept the prayer made in the Writ Petition. However, if the Petitioner files a reply to the said show cause within a period of two weeks from today, the concerned authority-Opposite Party No.2 shall take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a further period of two months.
