01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Das, learned ASC appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order of transfer passed on 13.06.2022 under Annexure-1, whereby he has been transferred from Dhenkanal to Kalahandi.
4. It is submitted that seeking modification of the said order, Petitioner approached O.P. No. 1 under Annexure-2 through the Collector and vide Annexure-3 Collector & District Magistrate, Dhenkanal has also forwarded the same to the Govt.-O.P. No.1.
5. It is submitted that in spite of such request being forwarded by the Collector, no decision has been taken on the prayer made by the Petitioner under Annexure-2.

6. It is also submitted that the Petitioner has not yet been relieved pursuant to the order passed under Anenxure-1. Taking into account the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court directs O.P. No. 1 to take a decision on Annexure-2 within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of this Order. The Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before the said Opp. Party within a period of seven (7) days hence.
7. It is observed that till such a decision is taken by the O.P. No. 1, statusquo with regard to continuance of the Petitioner as on date be maintained.
