This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification/correction of typographical error in order dated 17th November, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in para-3 (2nd line of page 2) of order dated 17th November, 2022 'Khata No. 1530/12399' has been inadvertently typed out as 'Khata No.1530/2399' for which the order could not be pressed into service.

Perusal of record and said order, as well it appears to be an inadvertent typographical mistake. Accordingly, necessary correction be carried out in para-3 (2nd line of page 2) of order dated 17th November, 2022 stating it as Khata No.1530/12399. 5.

On production of certified copy of the said order, Office may carry out necessary correction accordingly. The order dated

// 2 // 17th November, 2022 is modified to the above extent only. Res part of the said order remains unaltered.

The IA is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
