This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical Mode).

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for non-compliance of the order dated 16.05.2012 passed by the Member (Admn.) of the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.128 of 2012 and order dated 30.09.2021 passed by this Court in CONTC (CP) No.196 of 2012 respectively. 3.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties-Contemnors submits that the order dated 16.05.2012 passed by the Member (Admn.) of the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.128 of 2012 and order dated 30.09.2021 passed by this Court in CONTC (CP) No.196 of 2012 respectively have already been complied with.

In view of such submission of the learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the Opposite Parties-Contemnors, the contempt petition is dropped.
