1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. The order dated 31st May, 2022 passed by learned S.D.J.M, Parlakhemundi in G.R. Case No.238/2020 is under challenge in the present revision. By means of such order the application filed by the Petitioners for discharge under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. came to be rejected.

3. Considering the fact that the impugned order can also be challenged before the Court of Session, the CRLREV is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Court of Session within a period of three weeks by filing appropriate application. If such an application is filed, the same

// 2 // shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of three weeks thereafter.

4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
