Mr. L. Pradhan, learned counsel and his associates have entered appearance on behalf of opposite party No.3 by filing a Vakalatnama in Court today. The same is accepted and taken on record.

On oral prayer, Mr. S.S. Parida, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead Managing Director of Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation as opposite party No.4 in this writ petition in Court today.

Heard Mr. S.S. Parida, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel and Mr. L. Pradhan, learned counsel for opposite party No.3. 4.

According to Mr. Parida, the petitioner is aggrieved by the non-purchasing of 124 numbers of paddy bags supplied by her which have been kept with opposite party No.3 though she presented the above noted paddy bags in time as indicated in

Token under Annexure-2.

During course of hearing, Mr. Parida submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to move the Managing Director, Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation (opposite party No.4) for redressal her grievances by filing a grievance petition and the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such motion within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a grievance petition before the Managing Director, Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation (opposite party No.4) through registered post within a period of two weeks from today. In the event, such a petition is filed along with a copy of this order, the opposite party No.4 is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of such grievance petition and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. 7.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
