Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the revision and further prays that the authorized officer may be directed to conclude the confiscation proceeding at an early date.

Considering the submissions, the prayer for withdrawal is allowed. Further, the authorized officer-cum-Assistant Conservator of Forest, Dhenkanal Division directed to conclude the Confiscation proceeding Case No. 04 of 2021-2022 said to be pending before him within a period of four weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order. 5.
