This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in Kendrapara Town P.S. Case No.138 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1155 of 2020 arising out of 1.C.C. Case No.195 of 2020 pending on the file of S.D.J.M., Kendrapara within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that they will not indulge themselves in commission of similar activity and will not threaten or terrorize the prosecution witnesses.

Violation of any of the above condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
