This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This Interlocutory Application has been fled seeking correction of P.S. name and court name in the body of the application. 4.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to carry out the correction in the body of the application in Court today. 5.

Accordingly, the order dated 02.08.2022 stands modified to the extent that in 3rd line of Paragraph-3 the name of the P.S. " Dhenkanal" be replaced by "Kantabania" and in 4th line of Paragraph-3 and 2nd line of Paragraph-5, the name of the Court "S.D.J.M.,, Dhenkanal" be replaced by "S.D.J.M., Hindol" P.S..

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 02.08.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates'

// 2 // Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 5.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.
