1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that the compromise has been reached between the Petitioners on the one hand, and Opposite Party No.2-Complainant on the other. He refers to Annexure-2 which seems to be a handwritten document and signed in Odia, which is not in the form of an affidavit.

2. Permitting the Petitioners and Opposite Party No.2Complainant to record their respective statements regarding such compromise in the trial court in accordance with law, the CRLMC is disposed of. The interim order dated 27th January 2014 passed in the present application stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the Court concerned forthwith.
