It is alleged by the learned counsel for Petitioner that though Order No.
there is already completion of pleadings in Revision Case No.146 of 2009, the same has not been disposed of as yet and is still pending. 2.
Considering the above allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court finds surprise in the pendency of the dispute since 2009. Even more than twelve years have already passed in the meantime.
Be that as it may, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Baramba-Opposite Party No.3 to conclude the proceeding vide Revision Case No.146 of 2009 within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
