This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "That the Petitioner therefore humbly pray that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue Rule Nisi calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why a direction shall not be issued for removal of encroachment from the Village Road of Mouza Balaramprasad under Tahasil Khandapada and in case the Opp. Parties do not show cause or shows insufficient or wrong cause the Hon'ble Court may make the rule absolute, by issuing appropriate order/ orders directing the opp. party No.2 and 4 to take appropriate action to evict the unauthorized occupants from plot No.441 which is the 'Gramya Rasta'. And may pass such other order/ orders as deem feet and proper."

Considering the prayer made in this writ petition, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Khandapada to look into the grievance of the Petitioner at Annexure-2 (series) and make an inquiry involving the
// 2 // parties likely to be affected and also the Petitioner and take a lawful decision in the matter, within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 3.
