1. Neither the AD card nor the un-served notice has been received back from Opposite Party No.2. In other words, for last eight years, Opposite Party No.2 has not yet been served. The Court does not propose to grant any further indulgence in this regard to the Petitioners.
2. Permitting the Petitioners to urge the pleas raised in the present application at the appropriate stage in the trial court, the CRLMC is disposed of.
3. The interim order passed earlier in the present application stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the Court concerned forthwith.
