Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this BLAPL but states that liberty may given to the Petitioner to move the learned Court in seisin over the matter after examination of the material witness. 3.

If such an application is filed before the learned Court in seisin, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being influenced by the earlier rejection or the order passed by this Court. 4.
