Considering the averments made in this writ petition and Order No.

recording the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner that there is already completion of service of notice on all the parties in the appeal proceeding vide O.L.R. Appeal Case No.6 of 2020, this Court directs the Sub-Collector, Jagatsinghpur-Opposite Party No.3 to take all possible steps for concluding the proceeding vide O.L.R. Appeal Case No.6 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. 2.
