Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Court records the cooperation of the Petitioner in disposal of an application under amnesty scheme by the contesting Opposite parties. It is also brought to the notice that Petitioner has also an application under amnesty scheme, if the authority is also undertaking the exercise considering the application for amnesty scheme of contesting Opposite Parties, let there be joint effort in considering both the application under amnesty scheme involving both the parties involved herein.

Keeping in view further development, parties seeking consideration of their case under amnesty scheme, there is no purpose in keeping the Interim Application pending. The Interim Application stands disposed of simply directing the Development Authority to take up both the amnesty scheme pending involving both the parties by completing the entire exercise at least within a period of one and

// 2 // half months. Till then parties are directed to maintain status quo in respect of the parties involved herein. The finality of the Writ Petition modified to the above extent. It is made clear that direction, if any, in the disposal Writ Petition will not stand on the day of the authority in undertaking the consideration exercise following the above direction.
