It is strange to observe that though the demarcation case has been registered vide Ref. Misc. Case No.1000 of 2021, there is no finality to such proceeding as yet.

Considering the allegation of the Petitioner to be a serious one, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Darpan to conclude the demarcation proceeding vide Ref. Misc. Case No.1000 of 2021 within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner, but however, involving the parties likely to be affected.
