1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the cause title page of the Writ Petition the Opposite Party No.2 was wrongly added as 'Director, Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha' instead of 'Director, Directorate of Higher Education, Odisha'. He further submits that he has also filed the consolidated cause title page. The same be kept on record.

3. Considering the submissions, the prayer for correction of the cause title is allowed.

4. In view of the submissions, the expression "Director, Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha" reflected in paragraph-4 of the order dated 22nd August, 2022 be deleted and in its place the expression "Director, Directorate of Higher Education, Odisha" be substituted. Office to carry out the corrections.

5. The certified copy be submitted for necessary correction.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
