This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in T.R. Case No.172 of 2022 pending in the file of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, arising out of Banpur P.S. Case No.175 of 2022, offence under Sections 363/294/323/506/34 of IPC read with Section 12 /17 of POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar by order dated 25.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim. 6.
Taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and filing of charge sheet on 30.06.2022, this
Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter. 7.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
