1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. D.K. Patra, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents and none appeared for the Appellant when the matter was called.

3. Learned counsel for the Respondents files a memo containing the order passed in Execution proceeding No. 5/2016 by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Rourkela.

4. It is submitted that pursuant to the order passed by the learned Executing Court on 23.02.2017, the Appellant herein has delivered the possession of the shop room in question on 24.04.2018.

5. In view of such fact nothing remains to be decided in the appeal and the appeal is accordingly disposed of.
