Instant I.A. is filed for extension of time for the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below in compliance of the Court's direction dated 22nd August, 2022 in CRLMC No.2030 of 2022.

For the reasons stated therein, I.A. stands allowed. 3.

Consequently, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court of learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Pattamundai on or before 17th February, 2023 in connection with S.T. Case No.101 of 2021 in compliance of the order dated 22nd August, 2022 of this Court in CRLMC No.2030 of 2022.

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly, disposed of.
