The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 29th June, 2022 (Annexure-5) passed by the Additional District Magistrate-cum-District Registrar, Sambalpur in Misc. (Registration) Appeal Case No. 8 of 2022, whereby he confirmed the order of refusal passed by the District Sub-Registrar, Sambalpur under Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908. 3.

On 29th July, 2022, the matter was adjourned on the prayer of learned counsel for the Petitioner. Again on 24th August, 2022, learned counsel for the Petitioner prayed for adjournment. Today, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for further adjournment in the matter.
