1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to urge all the pleas raised in the present application at the appropriate stage in the trial court.

2. The CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

3. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
