This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since the petitioner claims that she is in possession of her own land and her ingress and egress is being obstructed by constructing a selfi-point over the adjacent land, which is a 'Nayanjori' and belongs to the Government and, therefore, her right has been affected, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 3.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
